Guidelines for Submitting Your Abstract:

1. All abstracts must be submitted online via the Congress Website
   (https://asvs2024.com/wcontent/content/abstract_submission). Please read the instructions and the full ASVS2024 Presentation guidelines on how to prepare your abstract carefully, as abstracts submitted not according to these instructions will not be accepted. Abstracts sent by post, fax or email will not be accepted.
2. Abstracts should be written in English and submitted by the presenting author no later than September 10, 2024 at Bangkok Time [GMT+7].
3. Acknowledgement of the receipt of abstract submission will be sent to the Presenting Author's email address immediately upon submission. Abstract accepted/rejection letter will be sent to you latest by 2 weeks after submission date once the decision is made. The Presenting Author will receive all correspondence regarding the abstract status, presentation type, template slide or poster presentation, date and time, via the email that is provided in the abstract submission
4. Abstract subheaders must include the full name of author(s) and professional credential(s), the full name of any/all co-author(s) and corresponding professional credential(s), institution and province of origin.
5. Abstracts should not exceed 350 words beyond the title, the name of the author(s), institution, province and country of origin.
6. Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation MUST be registered delegates and be responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentations, travel and accommodation during the Congress.
7. Abstracts will be rejected if they contain no data or if the English is unacceptable. All Presenting Authors will receive detailed presentation guidelines when their abstract has been accepted and closer to the Congress date.
8. Please DO NOT register to attend the Congress until you have received notification that your abstract has been accepted. 
9.  The Accepted abstract Presentations will be presented in English either thematic Poster Sessions or Oral Abstract Sessions and must be delivered within 8 minutes and Q&A after presentation within 2 minutes during 3rd to the 6th of December 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Accepted abstract Presentations Program and Final agenda will be announced on the https://asvs2024.com/home website latest by November 31, 2024.

It is my privilege and great pleasure to invite you to 25th Congress of the Asian Society for Vascular Surgery (ASVS), which will take place from the 3rd to the 6th of December 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand.

This will be the third time that the ASVS Congress will be held in Thailand since the one we hosted in 2008 and 2015 in Bangkok. We are honored to have the chance to hold the ASVS Congress in Bangkok, Thailand again.
